AUTO Instrument Connects with Vietnamese Client for Product Review and Virtual Factory Tour
2025-06-09 15:31Recently, AUTO Instrument had the pleasure of reconnecting with one of our valued Vietnamese clients, whose parent company is based in the United States. The conversation was initiated by their Vietnam branch, which requested a video meeting to discuss technical aspects of several key products, including our differential pressure transmitters, electromagnetic flow meters, and vortex flow meters.
The meeting was held online and brought together both engineering and procurement representatives from the client's side. The main focus of the session was the performance and reliability of our differential pressure transmitter series.
“We've reviewed the data sheets, and we're interested in knowing more about the long-term accuracy and temperature resistance of your differential pressure transmitters,” said Mr. Tran, a technical supervisor from the Vietnamese team.
Our product engineer, Mrs. Du, responded with a detailed explanation. “Our differential pressure transmitters are designed with ±0.075% accuracy and come with temperature compensation, which makes them stable even in fluctuating industrial conditions. They’ve been deployed in both chemical and power plant settings with consistent results.”
The conversation then turned toward the electromagnetic flow meter, which the client intended to use in a wastewater treatment facility. There were several questions regarding material compatibility and signal interference.
“Can your electromagnetic flow meter handle high-conductivity sludge water? And how about installation in an area with strong electromagnetic noise?” Mr. Tran asked.
Mrs. Du reassured the team, “Yes, the electromagnetic flow meter casing and lining are customizable – for example, PTFE or rubber lining options. We also include shielding and grounding to handle environments with electromagnetic interference.”
Next, the client asked about vortex flow meters, particularly regarding their use in steam pipelines.
“Our steam line fluctuates in pressure and flow. Can your vortex flow meter handle rapid changes without losing accuracy?” inquired one of the engineers.
“Absolutely,” Mrs. Du replied. “Our vortex flow meters are built with advanced signal filtering to ensure reliable measurements even under unstable flow conditions.”
As the technical Q&A wrapped up, the AUTO team offered a virtual tour of the factory. Using a mobile phone, Mrs. Du walked the clients through the calibration lab, assembly lines, and quality control section.
“It's great to see the production line in real-time. It adds confidence knowing how your differential pressure transmitters and electromagnetic flow meters are tested before shipping,” said the client.
The video call concluded on a high note, with both sides expressing interest in further collaboration.
At AUTO Instrument, we take pride in offering tailored solutions and transparent communication. Whether it's a differential pressure transmitter, an electromagnetic flow meter, or a vortex flow meter, our goal remains the same: deliver quality products that meet real-world challenges.
