 Wafer-type vortex flowmeter 

This compact design makes installation very simple. Just clamp the meter between the existing pipe flanges, saving space and more economical. The simple structure is easy to maintain and is suitable for measuring low-pressure liquids or gases. It should be noted that choosing the right gasket and tightening the bolts are key to preventing leaks. Wafer-type meters work best under stable flow conditions, such as water treatment plants or compressed air systems, and are not affected by high pressure or vibration. 

 Flange-connected vortex flowmeter 

Flange-connected vortex flowmeters are equipped with flanges on both ends and can be directly bolted to the pipe flange for higher pressure environments. Compared with wafer-type meters, the flange design not only simplifies calibration, but also improves the ability to resist pipeline stress. It is particularly suitable for refineries and chemical industries, and can better cope with the challenges of corrosive fluids and steam. Although it is heavier and slightly more expensive than wafer-type flowmeters, its durability makes it the first choice for critical applications. 

 Flange-connected vortex flowmeter with temperature/pressure compensation 

This flowmeter integrates temperature and pressure sensors to automatically adjust the flow calculation in gas or steam applications, compensate for density changes caused by temperature and pressure changes in real time, and ensure highly accurate measurement, which is especially important in natural gas transmission and boiler efficiency monitoring. Although additional wiring and calibration are required, its integrated design is much simpler than traditional single sensor installation. This instrument is indispensable in process environments where accurate measurement is required, especially in places with process fluctuations or strict regulations.
