Delivery
FedEx (FedEx) and UPS (United Parcel Service) are American companies. UPS is the largest express company in the world, followed by FedEx. TNT and DHL are European companies. TNT belongs to Dutch Post and is the largest express company in Europe. Its market share in Europe is about 65%. DHL belongs to German Post and is second only to TNT in Europe.
The global ranking of the four companies is UPS, FEDEX, TNT and DHL.
1. The advantage of DHL lies in its wide network coverage, which can reach 220 countries and regions around the world. At the same time, DHL's price, service and customs clearance capacity are relatively reassuring. Compared with FEDEX and UPS, DHL's customs clearance capacity is not inferior at all, and the preferential price makes its relative cost performance ratio the highest, especially for goods in the 20-70kg segment. Compared with other countries, DHL's advantages lie in the Asia Pacific region, Japan, Australia, Africa and other regions.
2. FEDEX's service is also good, but its high price is really unacceptable to ordinary people. However, if you go to Southeast Asian countries, Japan, South Korea, the United States, Mexico, Canada and other countries, the price of large goods above 50 kg is still very favorable. However, if FEDEX is involved in damage or shortage of goods, it is difficult to obtain corresponding compensation, and it generally shirks responsibility for various reasons.
3. UPS is indeed an airline with good strength. Its international express and air transportation have good reputation and service. Compared with DHL, UPS has the advantage of more than 100 kg of large goods in North America and South America.
4. TNT has absolute advantages in Europe, West Asia and the Middle East. Its customs clearance capacity in Western European countries is stronger than DHL and UPS, and its market share in Europe is 65%. But the price is much more expensive than other companies.
